Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Slack Says. By installing the app or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Slack Says captures Q&A content from Slack channels you authorize and provides a searchable knowledge base, dashboard, search, and export tools. Features vary by plan.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must have authority to install Slack Says in any workspace where you deploy it.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of workspace data complies with your organization's policies and applicable law.
4. Plans, Billing, and Trials
Paid plans (Pro and Team) are billed through Stripe on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Data
Your use of data is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service.
6. Availability and Warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slack Says shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and uninstall at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
